Goals for 2013

Three days into 2013 and I think I finally have some goals for the new year. Some deal with fitness and some deal with household issues.

  • I want to reach a weight below 200lbs
  • I want to be able to complete the Dirty Dash and Farm Man Challenge by making it over EVERY obstacle
  • I would like to see my yearly mileage hit over 1,000 running miles
  • I want to juice daily and learn better nutrition
  • I need to get the clutter out of my house and turn my basement into my dream room for an fitness/office space
  • Passing grades would be great too!
It seems like a lot to tackle but I think I can manage all I have to do is break them down into smaller goals that I can knock off a bit at a time. If it is in writing I have to do it don't I?
